Sorry the equipment rental place is not doing so well.

Shopping Center coming soon! This sign had been on about a 25 acre site since 2006. Now the sign says "OPENING SPRING 2018". The Sprouts is already closed in.

Took President Trump to get it going. Now we are getting a T.J. Max, Sprouts, Pets Smart, ACE, Walgreens, a bank, beauty/nail salon, a florist, an AT&T store, a couple of restaurants and misc. stores. I am guessing this will provide at least 1,000 new jobs when completed.

The contractor doing the trenching and grading has a huge HELP WANTED sign on the security fence and the Cats are busy moving the dirt around as the trenches get filled with pipes and wiring.

There are 32 houses under construction about 4 blocks from our house, all have SOLD signs on them. Richmond/American homes is developing a new subdivision.




Things are very rosy here!
