Don't get to carried away with the pom poms and rah rahs. There's a large construction rental equipment business I go by every day on my morning walk. In early 2006 when I first moved to this area, it was basically empty of equipment and looked like business was good. By December 2007 it was full of equipment. The last month or so its been filling up again and is now chock full of equipment sitting around unused and not rented out. Last year at this time it was empty.

Interpret that as you may, but it looks to me like things aren't nearly as rosy as the PTB want you to think.

Trading or investing without chart analysis is like going to a gunfight armed only with a knife.
