The Company had recently announced the release of MobiCoin, a new Counterparty cryptocurrency. Counterparty (XCP) is a decentralized platform that was built on the Bitcoin blockchain for creating and exchanging custom tokens such as MobiCoin and smart contracts. Counterparty extends Bitcoin’s functionality by “writing in the margins” of regular Bitcoin transactions.
