Bigsky: The reason I asked about the seat fee was because it was a very exorbitant price to pay. Assuming that GTE put up 200 grand for the seat and remained on the exchange for a year and one half (or so) that works out to approximately $366 per day to allow AMEX and their cohorts to slap GTE around.
