Excellent post slugo and for once I agree. Now with that in mind Barrick Gold Corporation has been publishing ownership of Pascua Lama since 1996 and yet they own nothing. They have even done a deal with Silver Wheaton for all of the silver coming out of Pascua Lama that they dont own and not one ounce has been removed from Pascua Lama. The BCSC has overseen this contract and made Barrick Gold change it from Pascua Lama to make it from any of their silver from any of their other mines. This way it would be LEGAL because the BCSC knows full well that Barrick does not have title to Pascua Lama. Actually everyone knows that Barrick does not have title because there is absolutely no way that it would take ANY mining company 20 years and counting to mine any gold mine no matter where it is. This fraud is about to be exposed!!!!! Now the other thing slugo it has been posted on this board the link showing at the Mines Commissioner in Chile that JL does have title to something. YKR in his post was so kind to enlighten us that this filing was the Mina Pascua property. So slug please check as you are very wrong with your post that JL owns absolutely nothing. According to YKR he does own Mina Pascua........
