I think Andrew is very easily misled by salespeople and it has harmed us in terms of tome and some money. remember the Canada launch fiasco as well.

He shouldn't be a CEO but he is and there is no reasonable way to replace him

so lets turn our attention to the real bully boys here:

Retailers like CVS and Walgreens

They had made some form of verbal agreement to take the product once it was cleared and as soon as they saw an opportunity to renege or renegotiate because it was partial not general clearance they did so and Andy the Marine got annoyed and stood firm.

Sticking by your principles is a good thing generally but here it has cost us 9-12 months
