in order to get off the pink markets the company needs to find a market maker willing to sponsor a new form 211 submission to finra. a market maker assumes great risk when sponsoring a 211 and it is extremely unlikely that they would sponsor a company that has been suspended for suspected fraud. also, finra is unlikely to approve such a submission for the same reason. suspended companies rarely get off the grey sheets. out of the last several hundred suspensions only 3 have ever returned to pink sheet trading, and that was only after many, many months, even years.. if you want to study that history just let me know.
