Yes they sold initial demonstration units to the DRDO and have not sold a Unit since.

The new NEAH/XNRGI India is a 5 month old private company with a whole $1500.00 dollars capitalization, 2 Directors and not much else. This appears to be just more NEAH innuendo, NEAH opened an office there a couple of years ago so they do not seem to have accomplished anything.

The problem with a "licensing" deal is that NEAH has never mass produced any of their supposed products, so they do not have any hands on knowledge of how it would be accomplished economically. They do not have the industrial processes nailed down to sell to a prospective customer.

As D'Couto was quoted " Lot of Activity but no progress " yup this sounds like NEAH , they appear to spend lots of time chasing concepts that they cannot market successfully.
