Right. I've been saying for a while that there is dilution and I should have run when VNDM returned last week.

Now some will say it's old notes or whatever but it doesn't matter.

Were things different back in 2011? I have seen a company do a reverse split a few times after deregistering with SEC, namely $ASK_E. They filed a 15-12G in 2011, but went ahead and performed 3 reverse splits a few years later.I have not seen any documentation of them being SEC compliant when those occurred, or after. Am I missing something with this one?
