You know, even if they did restructure the shares again that change this time will be reflected in the stock price and WOULD ONLY be to meet the structure requirements of the merger. JMHO. But I guess it could happen but I also think if it did it would do a few things:

1. Lower float a ton compared to what the insiders hold on the lockup.(IE if someone big wants in, more then likely they will have to buy OUR shares out of float because the insiders can not sell for one year)
2. Because of the lower float would make it even more explosive even if we had less shares. Think BITCF and the crazyness there with a low float. And this would be a company with a good balance sheet and significant rep and revenues with zero debt and a serious net worth value and growth margins!
3. Because of the nature and stage of the industry it would behoove larger investors to pay a lot now for those shares then a ton later!
4. In relation to what I said in my most recent post about the upgrade to a major market DD I found from last year, then that would allow TONS of money to come in from all the big banks and institutions also.

JMHO, but if the restructure did happen IMHO I am really ok with it because I see the end game and it would be ok in the end. Plus, this restructuring of the equity and shares would be because of positive things not survival like they did in February. Big difference.

IE. do the math on a fictitious share restructure scenario. IF you have 100k shares now, and you paid .1 for those($10k), then if they reduce you to 10k shares in the restructure(seems bad but wait) and this goes, for example, to NASDAQ and because of the low float and the lockup is soon at $20 a share(realistic) then how much have you made? Well, a $10k investment just became $200k! So, it is not all about the number of shares it is about the valuation of the company, interest, and investment money coming in and who has access to invest. JMHO, but this is why in my own investing I am really not worried about a restructure of our shares at this point knowing we more then likely will have 13% of the final company minimum based on the LOI which is reasonable when you are looking at shell situations. And I like the resulting company for sure! GLTAL.

There is no reverse split info. Ranza doesn't know what he/she is talking about. Ignore.
