Anybody with deep pockets is a target of the lowlifes. With Aurora doing well and expanding, and with a large cash war chest they are at greater risk of false allegations.
Regarding the $1.9M lawsuit: If this goes to court, the consultants will need to prove that they fulfilled their end of the arrangement and they actually performed the services at the industry standard. if they did not perform the services or performed them unsatisfactory - then Aurora has a case. However, please note these are options. No one cares about them until they are in the $$$. The good news is, these are options and Aurora is not obligated to pay cash. Aurora is in growth mode and cash is KING. I just hope they allocate their capital wisely. Time will tell...
