That is impossible - in June the company issued 43 Million shares to David Mersky - but you believe the O/S is only 60 Million - that is complete nonsense. You do understand that the TA is gagged.

David Mersky is a serial scammer - if you want to trust the guy - just write him a check and save yourself the transaction fee.
