DUE TO CHOOSING TO DE-REGISTER WITH THE SEC JUST ABOUT A YEAR AGO, EHOS IS NOT LEGALLY ABLE TO FILE AN 8-K OR ANY SEC FORM FOR THAT MATTER!

EHOS IS "DARK"!

Investors or prospective investors have had absolutely NO CLUE as to what is really going on since December 6, 2016!

However, EHOS being "DARK" never stopped the promoters!
