This is a nice presentation but it contains only one slide with new information (#11). It almost completely ignores the three most important things happening to the company over the next several weeks: SEC, Cap Raise, Nasdaq.
It undersells to the point of not even mentioning the recent expansion of the sales force. These systems do not sell themselves. Marketing is meaningless. Every customer needs an in person visit and handholding like any other purchase over $100k. I'm not sure VirTra understands this.
The ONLY thing any investor wants to know is this..."if I buy the stock today, can I sell it for a higher price in 6 months or 1 year." That is all that matters and there is nothing in the presentation to address this. Is there a stock chart? Is there a projection? Is there talk of acceleration of sales? Is there anything optimistic? Did the CEO list his personal stake? Did he highlight Jim Richardson's involvement?
There is some meat but no sizzle and this should be an easy product line and company with which to generate sizzle....yet this don't. Bill has the right idea though I am too stubborn yet to go that route.
