ELD's will be come mandatory december 18 2017 for trucking companies to log hours and data so this could be huge for MICT. They will have two years to comply so hopefully we get lots of orders and the company figures out a way to keep up and handle all of them. I think the 20.5 mil backlog they have now could be a portion of truck companies thinking ahead, but this is all just my opinion.
