FISH: As stated the agreement ends all litigation between IDCC and LG. A request for dismissal should be filed with the District Court (not ITC) sometime this week.

IDCC may not get paid anymore for 2G on back money but you can bet your

sweet rear end they paid for use from December 31 2010 till the present

time and ongoing in the future and I hope they don't pay till January

and the tax rate is only 20%. If you think they forgave them for 7 years

of 3G and maybe 4G you are crazy.
