Thats only 2 years and 26 days away. No chance on this earth. Don't ignore the last part of that link you posted. THOSE ARE MAJOR ISSUES.

Testing on these EV trucks will take a minimum of 3 years and 5 with the TESLA. Remember Tesla will be lucky to have that class 8 available by mid 2019.
