Thats the whole idea isn't it? Slow roll the litigation in favor of Oil States and Wi-Fi One (pivotal SCOTUS and Appellate cases) to amend arguments. Its always been a waiting game. Many just don't have the patience for it coupled with the increased risk that results from the waiting. This is playing out right now with VirnetX as well. Only difference is their sitting on a $400 million Judgement they can't collect on. Worlds is fighting the USPTO battle now rather than later. Less hurdles for it to clear on collection of a judgment that results from infringement.
