I don't see any new large long positions being initiated till
Judge Panel comes down being as that is the biggest downside risk at the
moment to overcome.
Wifi One Decision is looming, but in my honest opinion is doesn't do much even if favorable outcome for us. The only real benefit in my view is it does strengthen WDDD oral arguments in regards to real party of interest and should have BUngie been time barred from filing IPR.

Only problem is...if no have a court date, no judge panel.
The whole lack of any pacer postings after the request for schedule conflicts is very odd. Will just keep checking calendar
