All I’m saying is that we’ve been hearing audits are “close to finished” since October.

I hope he gets that out of the way soon.

There are many catalysts coming soon and I am not selling anything until I see those happen. Even more so, this is a good opportunity to buy more shares if you can, but that does not take away from the fact that, based on previous PRs, the audits are late.

Spot on Coy. Everyone, including Roger, wants the audit and uplist behind us ASAP. It's going to happen, maybe this week, maybe next. Looking at pics of midtown and the fact that holiday parties are in full swing leads me to believe midtown is opening this week and generating revenue. Things are happening for sure.

Right. I've mentioned that before, he is holding off on news until the uplist occurs. Releasing news now would only provide a temporary bump. Its a waste to do it while we are still a pinky. So my point is, we should get uplist this week. if not, then the PPS will take a hit. Long term, not an issue. Short term yes. Looking at the tea leaves I would suspect this week.IMO
