Here was what he had said to me in his email... This reply was sent to me on November 13th. Then instead came the "sustained" judgment from the judge regarding a claim that Mr. Barmat said, "no go" to. So, this is why I am hopeful that if all the claims are completed, that he will submit his final report soon as he began preparing it almost month ago...
