Look at the last 3 weeks. That's called Insider buying- when we look back at this in a month. IMO

Last point - yes- THE BK case looks like all claims satisfied and now the opinion letter will allow for the proper ascent of $ASFX from the OTC ashes :) Merger deals almost always satisfy the courts in these circumstances
