Are you suggesting that NO back divies (non accumulative) will be paid for the past 9 yrs on the P shares, also are they then to only get the FJR of 1.79% only?

Then you suggest that the K's are redeemable? and until they are ""redeemed"" will be given are again NON ACCUMULATIVE .04% rate
or aRE THEY AS WELL ONLY TO GET FACE AND fjr AND NO BACK DIVIES

One last question that this post raised
