I can confirm that. I work in a bacteria rich environment and often get those extremely painful cracks on my fingertips next to the nail...small but very annoying.same deal normally 4-5 days with neo/bandaid 2 days with vitastem,everyone responds to medicine differently but this product is definitely not BS
