What's that have to do with ACRL's cobalt grab samples? Having some Cobalt grab samples is not the same as owning an operating mine which takes years to explore and build and 100's of millions of investment dollars.

So even if there is a chance of ACRL's property in Cobalt becoming a mine ACRL would have to raise at least $200k or so for initial drilling.

With their balance sheet-$58k in assets $1.5 Million in liabilities that's not going to be easy.

I think much of that $1.5MM debt is being converted to ACRL stock on a spiral death conversion method. Why is there so much volume , where is all the stock coming from why does ACRL keep going down in price?

You are way,way,way ahead of the game thinking that ACRL has a cobalt mine; it hasn't and is a long,long way from that idea.
