stervc, at $ASFX- I got your back with PACER

This should be a pretty big week here IMO as more shareholders catch on that the trustee appears to have this case wrapped up and it round only seem fitting that a potential merger or deal may be in play here because a certain attorney dropped off the case.

One should presume that when the trustee said he should have the report out in about 10 days. Further-that 10 days was to be this weekend- which would bode quite well for us getting an update here sloth ugh anyone that has watched the box and the trend here will see this MUST BE EXTREMELY THIN with an incredibly low SS trading this far down. It's simply only a matter of time as this will validate itself and all we have to do is stay on the trustee and /or PACER for the latest updates.

FOR THOSE WONDERING....Why $ASFX? Why NOW?

Although I'd like to presume that everyone here on Ihub owns and pays for a PACER account - we are definitely few and far between which is becoming an increasing advantage over other market traders IMO, that being said - you more than most - could understand why this pacer report was years old and thousands of pages - troves of data that was ultimately useless.

THAT BEING SAID...a few weeks ago my scanner went off with certain settings that usually don't steer me wrong. When I saw what type of stock and the BK - I checked the PACER and much to my surprise- the attorneys representing everyone else - dropped off. That was the signal.

Over the last 2 days - $ASFX has seen two more MAJOR material events for a stock undergoing this type of restructuring. One might presume they have a deal in play already????
