VPOR gets Sued and the shareholders get screwed. Who is paying for the lawsuit, the VPOR shareholders...

Than onto the recent development-
The selling of Simple Cork. I see the VPOR shareholders getting screwed again.

(my speculation)
Likely this will go 100:1 (every 100 vpor shares you get 1 of Pub Co) I will not believe 1:1 to I see it! No trust in them and no credibility to back this up with these guys.

(Truth hurts about credibility... I you don't like the truth, you might want to start fixing it)

Jumping to Q1 Fins we will see in the future. Officers compensation $1,188,982 split between 2 officers. VPOR officers dancing in a top shelf life. VPOR shareholders down heavily in the portfolio's. Since there isn't enough "reported revenue" for the VPOR team to pay themselves there $1,188,982 in officer compensation.... THAT MEANS the SHAREHOLDERS are paying it...

(my speculation)
We are looking at a spin off and possible VPOR reverse split. Why reverse spilt? It will be good for the VPOR team and bad for the shareholders.

VPOR shareholder get screwed a 3rd time...
