Where do you see that a 1:1 spinoff was mentioned? I don’t recall ever seeing that in a PR.

Technically from financial reports, VPOR is bankrupt. Their survival depends on EasyGrinder sales and shareholders money to buy their shares.

Almost all OTC stocks are like this scenario.

Anyway, there is a glimmer of hope in VPOR.
