I keep asking this question and keep getting ignored by the pumpers and hypers of this board. ...so you keep pointing to this lawsuit and how it's going to be huge for btzo..i imagine you are saying this because you are implying btzo owns gers and gers is who you feel will win this huge sum of money...can you please show me something, anything, that proves btzo still owns gers? According to the loan agreement, btzo had a year to pay back the loans or they would forfeit all assets to TCA..there has not been a single filing by gers or btzo in the last 2 years that I can find that shows btzo still owns it...if it exists can someone please point me in the right direction because at this point I don't think btzo owns or will benefit at all from any lawsuit gers might win........

The Company and each of its subsidiaries, as well as each of the other subsidiaries of Bitzio, have executed a Guaranty Agreement dated December 31, 2015, in favor of TCA. In the Guaranty Agreement, the Company and each of its subsidiaries guaranteed payment of all amounts due to TCA under the Credit Agreement. By separate agreements, the Company and each subsidiary pledged all its assets to secure the guaranty to TCA.

That sound like a reasonable figure. Almost the same as what I would get if I put $10 million for BTZO in my calulation (0.0013 per share) and the $150 million in my caluculation with a 16% for GERS (0.0033 per share)

The problem remains however that they first need to make these confidential numbers public. Either by releasing detailed info on the confidential settlement, or by starting filing again.
