It's unfortunate that ECOB appears incapable of performing any timely SEC filings to show their side of this 'success' story. Unless authorized has changed, there's still the statistical analysis that says there are enough shares for everybody on this planet to own one, and then some. Like grains of sand on the beach, or stars in the sky.
