4.49 BILLION SHARES NOW. Understand dilution yet? How about toxic convertible debt? This is an investment for baby beginners to teach them how to lose money. Dumbest investment ever. Been there, done that, it hurts, trying to warn others. Total crap. Dissect the SEC filings... it is all in black and white. They are so far under water... they need to look up to see whale shit.
