Not sure if they will be bankrupt, but pretty obvious what has been going on here since 2012. Stock is at .0005. Guess the settlement didn't sway the market. I guess Seth Shaw's personal investment in the company didn't sway the market. Race to bottom continues. Shareholders have been obliterated.
