One might also assume that the company requiring confidentiality does not exist. But if they do exist, I bet they demand a $1 million down payment....hahahaha.....its like free money.

Anything this company states about confidentiality is simply a ploy to keep attention focused on the share price. The quiet period was breached more times than the walls of the Alamo by the company. The airport manager went public with information, which turned out to be false but they used him, the shareholders did not have. Kalitta good, Kalitta bad. 767 good, 767 bad. 737 good, 737 bad. Songbird great, Songbird bad. Quiet period good, no quiet period, bad dog! Now the date is moved again. That old saying is true, "an arrow not aimed never misses". Baltia is a perfect excample of this.

The SEC has to tighten up regs to ensure a company has a real business before they are allowed to trade. But the SEC does not care. Worse examples than this one are allowed to continue trading.
