So, if the update is true and they are negotiating a new deal with parties that require confidentiality, then one could assume that they are going to try to buy another airline with a current certificate.
There would be no confidentiality required if they are going to pursue certification on their own.
And there would be no confidentiality required in saying what the general plan is on a high level basis without mentioning any specifics. WTF!
