And that would include yesterdays filings as well? Because I would really have a hard time believing that an investor made 2 buys of that size and the O/S still magically has not changed. I know this is Pinky land and I expect companies to sell shares of their stock. But when TA is gagged, A/S is increased by Billions, Management does not have to conduct a vote for the next R/S which will happen prior to April as per the filings, I find it increasingly hard to believe that the company has not sold a share.
Hey today the stock has risen, maybe thats because there has not been enough interest and the company needs to sell more shares. I'm not sure but the TA will direct you to the CEO and the CEO will not respond.
