You only get into trouble if an event is close at hand and someone complains. IMO, Erthang is safe catching the falling knife right now unless a deal is announced tomorrow and he buys a ton today.

As for the other "no deals", look at it this way. If this test is successful, doctors will use it to eliminate the false positives regardless of who is selling the test. Why dilute the royalties with someone else if you get the ABT royalties for the same test sublicensed. Also, you don't tick ABT off by undercutting them. ABT may have a provision in the contract that if someone else gets lower royalties, they get the same deal. BOCX is locked into the ABT deal at least for this product.

There is only one idiot posting on this board and his name is not "erthang". I'm not admitting anything. I didn't state who said what! So any insider information that you speak of is nothing more than you assuming, who said what!!! I could be referring to a stock broker who heard whispers of what likely will be coming around the corner for all you know.

The vibe that I'm getting from reading your posts are that you are a loser, and my hunches tend to be better than 50%.
