You only get into trouble if an event is close at hand and someone complains. IMO, Erthang is safe catching the falling knife right now unless a deal is announced tomorrow and he buys a ton today.

As for the other "no deals", look at it this way. If this test is successful, doctors will use it to eliminate the false positives regardless of who is selling the test. Why dilute the royalties with someone else if you get the ABT royalties for the same test sublicensed. Also, you don't tick ABT off by undercutting them. ABT may have a provision in the contract that if someone else gets lower royalties, they get the same deal. BOCX is locked into the ABT deal at least for this product.
