it will be issued automatically to Shareholders, so far one going to hold on that specific day ( record day) shares on their account. Example one person is holding 5M shares via ETRade on that day, that person will get on a specific ratio its Crypto Tokens automatically issued to the etrade Account..

It should be same as Dividend issuance, only difference would be, its not shares, but crypto tokens.
