I can't speak for Etrade but TDAmeritrade has no way of holding these Tokens in the brokerage account. I assume I would get a letter from Ameritrade stating that I have been issued these but how would they be distributed? For tax purposes would this be on the 1099-DIV?

I dont believe that will be the case, i think it said in the white paper that the KLK platform would eventually have its own wallet but not yet.. TTCM is pioneering a whole new realm here
