I don't dispute the notion of a bonus for employees, but this is not the time when the shares are in pennyland, making a grant of 15% of the ENTIRE COMPANY! They could have waited to do the bonus when the grant would represent a small part of the co but still have the similar monetary value. This is not cricket! There is more to this below the surface! They do not even have the excuse of needing to repay an AP - the bonus could have been done at a BETTER time.
