It wont be anywhere near that. It wouldn't be wise to start a company with that high of an OS, BEFORE they have even acquired the new company, which will add more shares.... Its ok for AMFE to have a higher OS because its already an established growth stock and wont need to issue much more to grow, but the spinoff is a startup.

If you are looking for that, you are setting yourself up for a major disappointment
