Wonder how the value of the assets JPM got for 1.9B compares to the value of the assets in safe harbor. Any guess?

Since the subject of property and leases has come up, what is the consensus, if any, of who owned the leases for all of the branch offices and the ownership of the branch offices for that matter? I have my opinion with my limited knowledge of how holding companies do business. Just wondering what other folks think.
