market cap is irrelevant when note holder is selling at ANY price to get his money back that he borrowed to the company.

Agreed. Pre rs when it spiked to .30 that one day at 500m shares at the time it hit $140m market cap! Vs $2m today with cash in hopper?!? If it spiked to half that we’d be talking a 35x bagger!
