If there is for instance $10 million debt, noteholder wants to pragmatically get as much money as possible, once say a $1 million lot of debt is converted, the noteholder can't redo. All I know is it is currently hurting share price, so I pay attention to the trend. 75 million projected future share count is as fair a guessing as I can make
