Do you really think Walgreens would take notice of Ice & Jam or Tauriga?

Obviously my post lacked clarity! Here's the point...

THE TAUG INVESTORS HAVE FINANCED SOME PORTION OF THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, HAVE PAID FOR 10,000 UNITS OF MANUFACTURING COST, AND ARE TEST MARKETING THE PRODUCT BY PUSHING IT THROUGH SOME SORT ILL-DEFINED DISTRIBUTION, BUT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE IF ICE+JAM EFFECTIVELY SAYS "GET LOST" BY SIGNING UP A BOATLOAD OF OTHER DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIVES!

As one poster stated earlier, "the Agreement is a mustache hair away from being no Agreement at all"! However, the TAUG investors are bearing the burden of costs, while having no protection, based upon another really special Seth Shaw business initiative! Simply stated..."The HERMAN business proposition is complete BS!" A semi-astute 5th grader could have negotiated a more shareholder-favorable arrangement!
