I understand perfectly.. I was just presenting the other side of the one-sided response I seem to always get from xeno..

Besides that I think if they have reduced to practice any other "ray" .... do they "not" have to file a seperate patent? .. I believe my limited knowledge is right on about that..anyway I just wonder if we will get any closure on that slip-up ..
