#145358 RE: MI Dendream #145356

If we get cheated retail has really only one option and nothing to lose in trying it:

Litigation as part of a class-action with a law firm working on contingency if NWBO does not work with us in a fair way, and given their conflicts of interest, the impoverished definition of fair management apologists use will not cut it since we are not being hurt by mere development risks or other lawful and legitimate factors here.

While I cannot necessarily hope for big profits anymore, my cost basis is a bit over $2.00 and if DCVax-L works and I do not at least get made whole, well that is a problem and given the degree of self-dealing we have recently seen, I think it will be a problem for a lot of other shareholders here, whatever they are saying now.

I still have some faith in the enlightened self-interest of Ms. Powers to ulstimately recognize that while she can get away with reserving the choicest portions of the kill for those connected to Cognate, and even I might say some of that is fair (rank gath it’s privileges) but if she goes too far, she will reach the point of diminishing returns if we are cut out almost entirely.

Maybe moral factors also matter to Ms. Powers but I do not know her personally, so I will go with enlightened self-interest which applies to most rational people and she still seems mostly rational so long as no one challenged her total control of NWBO.

Ultimately all investors in a public company rely mainly on the BoD to balance any decision the CEO wants to make. That's why it's especially important to have outside directors like Coffer Black. It's up to them to vote this down if they thought it was a rip-off. They should have vetoed the expenses in the first place if they weren't considered vital. Having approved them, they definitely need to either have agreed to these payoff terms or agree now that they are reasonable, and if they disagree then they would most certainly need to resign over a decision like this.

The most important vote that this was above board comes from none other than Coffer Black. If you think he was bought out some way, you are SOL. The fact that the SEC investigation has not yet been closed also would seem to make this move extremely risky for LP it cannot pass very close scrutiny, don't you think?

You have been played and fleeced. We all have. The investors who have been through two reverse splits know all to well what is about to happen.

I really don’t believe they will need a reverse split to up-list, and hope they wouldn’t do this to themselves and us at this point...this close, it would be foolish if results around the corner are positive...IMHO...I believe they will come in to buy no matter where they are traded...and they will be sold and traded no matter how many in float. It will be a goldmine overtime...if results are positive.
