Tauriga actually has a future and there is a decent chance (instead of 0% chance) of a successful future. The benefit is that the Company has a real shot a future

Really? How is that?

OMG...REALLY? That's what Seth Shaw intimated while taking over in August of 2012. Shaw then proceeded to drown the shareholders in his toilet of egregious miscues! What's new this time around???? It's still the same old highly inept CEO, Seth Shaw!

In the past Seth Shaw has publicly proclaimed doing "EXTENSIVE DUE DILIGENCE" while announcing his latest new adventure! Now we know and history shows that Seth Shaw wouldn't know REAL DUE DILIGENCE if it bit him on the butt! What's changed?

Is Seth Shaw going to now spend the needed time and money, plus get off his hind end to actually do a deep dive on any perceived opportunities? IMO...MOST PROBABLY NOT! It will simply be more of the "throwing crap against a wall to see if something sticks"! BTW, just for CEO Seth Shaw's reference, "throwing crap against a wall" is not DD!

Please explain why taug has such a great future.

Please list some factual reasons why this is so.

Name one successful product. Name one source of revenue beyond the lawsuit settlement.

Please list at least one fact to support your statement.

Here are a few facts that indicate a rocky road ahead:

No current sales or product.
The lip goop which has no huge marketing publicity will have to complete with many already known products marketed for years by huge companies such as for example, chap stick.
Huge dilution.
PPS seems to be slowly going downhill.
