No doubt the system is tilted. I'm fairly certain when Trump and Sessions talk about being tough on crime they don't mean the lying, cheating, stealing hedgefunders. They mean that guy with the suspiciously dark skin.
They will find room in one of those Federal country club prisons for the well to do and politicians. You know, tennis courts, nature walks and even a golf course or two.
In the case of Shortey, I doubt it. As I understand it, no matter who the prisoner, or what his political or social connections are, other inmates detest child molesters, and make them pay.
