Perhaps my memory is faulty, but maybe a year or so ago, I recall Cognate, much to the surprise of everyone, having their invoices paid. So if that is the case, someone else must have technically been owed the debt from NWBO. I can see from your response, this doesn’t ring a bell, so perhaps my memory is incorrect.
